Quotes
As any music engraver will tell you, determining what to charge for a job requires a certain amount of consideration. Factors to take into consideration include how dense the music is, how many staff lines and instruments there are, how many pages the score has, and whether or not the client will need parts.
To request a quote, please fill out this contact form. I will then ask you to send me a PDF file of your manuscript for evaluation. A quote will be sent to you with the description of exactly what it is that I would be doing should I be hired. All quotes will be given in US Dollars.
Scheduling
I will be happy to work with you to accommodate your schedule and deadlines. If you need a rush job, please contact me first for my availability.
Proof copies
I will send PDF files of the work to you for your review and approval. If you need parts, you must first approve the score before I begin work on the parts. Any changes or services requested that were not discussed before work began will be charged extra.
Payment
Before any work begins, 50% of the estimate amount is required. The remaining 50% will be billed before the final product is sent to you. Payment is expected upon receipt of the bill. Post-performance revisions are considered a separate job. No charge will ever be made for the correction of mistakes on my part.
All payments must be made in US Dollars via PayPal.

- Printing and binding (This is done at photocopy stores. Copies of all receipts are passed on to the client with no surcharge.)
